Orbital were the only company able to supply Big Jam Studios a respectable speed internet to our premises through their unique microwave link. They were prompt and professional at the instillation, and always on hand with any technical queries. When proper fibre finally became available to my unit, Orbital were flexible to upgrade my account and were able to keep the microwave connection up as a failsafe which is a big help for my live streaming video services.

I've always found the customer service to be extremely helpful so that I have always been able to offer a stable live stream to my business customers. I recommend orbital highly.
