Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Stole money from us - claimed they would refund our unused funds as they never began work due to the pandemic, then never processed the refund and ignored all requests/communication. Not sure if they are even still operating in any way but if they are - stay away.

Poor. Lots of talk about being "your partner" until they have your payment / signature. I wanted to delay a campaign due to the virus (customers not at work) and was laughably told that "success rates hadn't dropped off" as they tried to force me to stick with the original date. Was eventually charged a cancellation fee of a 1200 even though the campaign had not started.

This was once a thriving business with high quality and no exceptions. It would appear since it's sale to new owners the quality has significantly dropped. The calls are of a very low standard, they did not meet qualification criteria and I was asked to accept leads with no interest. The quality process assurances I was sold upon are non-existant. They will also charge if you wish to cancel based on their poor performance. A smaller call centre will do a better job at a quarter of the price.

I was told that MM had significant experience working on behalf of my sector (H&S). Although never promised in writing, "highly confident" in booking minimum of 10 appointments with decision makers. I did get 4 appointments booked, with only one decision maker. The other three were not decision makers at all. No budget, no sign-off etc. The graphs and charts are very pretty and the people on the campaign were very nice.
But I cannot grow my business with charts and nicety. My bills do not get paid with such things I am afraid. 6,600+ FEES, plus time spent has been a very steep price. No doubt at all they are good at booking appointments for other sectors, but mine was not one of them. Just gone through the DATA set also. Of the 900+ purchased, only 126 were contacted for the 100 hours.
Don't know if this is normal? I did expect more though. Cannot recommend for these reasons I am afraid. I have also just read other reviews after publishing mine. It seems the people commenting on the "10 appointments" fell victim to it just like I did.

The rudest sales team I have ever dealt with - cold calling companies and then not taking no for an answer. If someone explicitly says they are not interested in your services, that should be the end of the call. instead of shoving your business down their throats, and then promptly hanging up when you are challenged.
