Our systems have been down now for over 24 hours and we have had only one phone call and one e-mail. I am starting to get worried about what they are not telling us about our core data. We were supposedly launching our 2020 calendar today but with no access to our systems we cannot. Tried to ring this morning for an update and now support just has an answerphone saying we will be updated shortly. Really poor service, really poor reaction time, really poor client management and really poor communication.
