Ysgol Y Bedol wanted a site in both Welsh and English that allowed teachers & pupils to upload their own work & photos. As with any child associated organization, this website had to comply with the Child Protection Act, so three log-in accounts were created.

There is a cool and cozy vibe with Friendly staff at Oren. There are some interesting dishes at Oren as well, although I believe there are small misses in execution that add up with this nice dining experience. It is a tapas place where you order many dishes although they don't come out all at once or even in quick succession, although it's a chill vibe with dim light the ambiance gets stolen away by the changing random volume of the music, and lastly spacing seems a tiny bit small for a comfortable dining experience.

As one might expect from an Israeli restaurant in London (there aren't THAT many), the food in this bizou little gem, off the highstreet, is a little more refined - experimental, even - than most establishments in this country offering cuisines of The Levant. So, it was tasty, and it was interesting. AND, they have a cocktail bar. My buddy and I went on Thursday evening, and were very fortunate - it seems - to be served without a booking (someone in front just turned up to cancel, lucky us!).
The place is certainly popular (which is always a good sign for a restaurant.). I'm giving 4 stars, rather than 5, because of the price; a bit more than I expected. I know that fine dining is about quality, over quantity; but it wasn't lost on me that had I gone, instead, for some Lebanese street food (kebabs/falafel, etc) in this fair city, I could have prbly got 2 or 3 meals for the price of this one. Still, I'm glad I went.
We had 6 dishes, and 5 of them were very good indeed, very tasty; and caused no indigestion! (. Also the first time in my life I ever ate "sweetbreads", as they're called; served accidentally, & provided - when they soon realized their mistake - "on the haus".) So, they do have meat dishes & other fleshly food, but vegetarians will certainly feel at home here too.

Simply fantastic. The dishes are all well executed, exploding with such complimentary but sometimes curiously contrasting flavours. The concept is sharing dishes. We pretty much ordered the entire menu for our table of 3. Even the seemingly basic sounding dishes really stimulated the taste buds. Their alcohol based dessert is to die for. The ambience is eclectic and vibrant, bustling full of London revellers and foodies. In essence the menu is a work of art. This place has become a regular spot of mine, you must book though.
