Surepass trains driving instructors and then operates a franchise for each of them. The business was without a business plan, and needed to attract and retain more driving instructors. Together with the senior managers, we examined the business operations and created a business plan. In so doing, I gave strong advice on better use of their brand, and helped them to focus on what really mattered to grow the business. As well as achieving the initial goals of increasing driving instructor and franchise numbers, we increased profits.
