I've been working for Astute for nearly 4 years and I've really enjoyed it. I started with zero experience in the industry and with all the training and support from the management team I progressed and learnt a lot. Definitely a great place to work if you are target and commission driven. The targets are very achievable and there are plenty of opportunities for promotions.

I joined Astute back in 2019 I had worked one sales job prior and the level of training and management I received was outstanding from the team. I was quickly made to feel part of a team and build relationships with co workers which helped massively with my confidence as it would with a new starter. I have since progressed up the levels from level 1 to level 4 and have had an amazing time here.

We have incentives that engage employees and excite you to come to work everyday which is just what you need in this sort of business. if you are looking to start sales or have plenty of experience it doesn't matter Astute is the place to be for all experienced people to progress and make money!

I have been with Astute a combined 5 years, I joined in 2017 and grew to senior level agent. I had great support from all the staff from HR to my direct Managers, Directors and everyone a like. I did move to a different company to realize the grass is not greener on the other side and I am very thankful to be back smashing it. You get in what you put in Astute can be very rewarding and a friendly environment to be in.

I have only been working here for a month and I already feel like I have been here all my life. I always wanted to find somewhere like this with a nice and safe work environment and here all the managers as well as my colleagues have been super supportive all the way!

Recently joined Astute and am thoroughly enjoying the experience. The opportunity to contribute, have an impact through world recognised 'Brands', develop myself, to apply my skills and experience to something of great value, to benefit and improve the world of commerce, society gives me great motivation! Being also Inducted into the Astute Training Academy has been great!

I've really enjoyed the pace, whereby we learn in a virtual environment, and get to 'get on the phones' - that mix has been really effective for me as I see myself getting stronger, better day by day. Onwards and upwards

I have worked at Astute for nearly 2 months and in my time I have learned new skill sets and introduced me to new markets which is great for personal growth and career development. The management and team leaders are very supportive, friendly and operate an open door policy The role is challenging but that's sales and astute promise a structured career path with progression The environment is fun and my team are great Overall a great place to work.

While remaining reserved for the first 4 weeks, the role and the people of this company have grew on me. The role is challenging but the support is there, the management are great people. A thumbs up from me upon my final review, cold calling roles are always going to be tough to start off with when building a pipeline, doubts can set in, but this role is achievable, this goes for any role in b2b cold calling.

It can only get better, and the company as a whole have a lot of incentives and get home early opportunities, there is warm data in the mix from time to time so anyone willing to work hard could byild a great career in 6-12 months with these guys. All in all I am happy and would recommend this for anyone looking for a b2b role

Since working at Astute I have had the most amazing support. They care about you as a person. The training is so great. They are thorough and take the time with you so you feel comfortable doing the job. Brilliant atmosphere and everyone is friendly a real family feeling. Excellent communication with staff and management. I would recommend anyone and everyone to work there. Great incentives too.
