I worked at EIMS for almost two years before moving to a technology vendor and I must say the education given to the agents is above and beyond the industry standard. I worked for this company for months and the management is poor. but worst is the stereotypes. Im asian/brown but born in England and speak fluent English as my native language. However every morning they would make me to speach therapy to improve my English?! No other white native speaking colleagues were present, just non native speakers and me. If thats not discrimination.

Learnt so much about this field and industry as the training they provide for you is top notch. Everything else though is awful. Very poorly managed, don't waste your time in believing what they promise.

The place looks nice on the outside but the management is rude and discriminate with staff with regards to their accent. Very poor preparation given to staff for tasks as they encourage cold calling companies and criticising their products (this is the test btw). Unless you dont speak any other languages than Spanish and English with a native accent you are not welcome, so I do not recommend this who openly discriminates their employees.

Embarrassing, humiliating and upsetting interview. Left to feel stupid and belittled. The interviewers wanted to carry on this process but for the sake of my pride I made my excuse and left. I am a professional individual with a good skill set and have attended many interviews. I have never left an interview feeling this upset.

2 step interview process. I passed the practice call with flying colors with the 2 who were assessing my calls specifically saying i have good questioning. During the final interview the rather obnoxious CEO tries to play mind games is not really listening to my answers and says he doesn't like employing people from my previous place of work because there to assumptive and didn't ask question. Pointed out that his own subordinates said my questioning was good and this point could tell that he did not bother reading his own employees review of me.
