Just changed registrars through Nominet. Easily's control panel is a shambles and there is no ability to renew domains or transfer out. Get your domains changed via Nominet now whilst you can. Update: 19/03/2021. Just had an email saying there's no payment method in my account to renew my domains (this is the only communication you'll ever get from Easily), they haven't even realised that I changed the TAG on all the domains and they are not the registrars anymore! They're still listed in the control panel, good job easily, well pro! lol!

Absolutely disgusting level of service, no ability to talk, emails are unanswered for weeks, worst of all they just keep disregarding instructions and helping themselves from your bank account! They renew domains you don't want, lapse domains you do want, charge you for services you haven't asked. Do NOT give them your Paypal or debit card details, you have been warned!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Worst domain registrar you could choose, admin dashboard is broken from start to front and they take payments for renewals and then don't renew your domain - impossible to even think how they are still in business, like someone else said, leave while you still can!
