I owe Neuxpower a huge thank you! I was on-site support and design for main stage presentations at an event and your v1.2 update saved the day for us! I can't tell you how much I appreciate the speed at which you guys got that update out and how for the millionth time your software was a lifesaver, you guys are heroes!

I have been using the tool for years. It reduces the size of Word, Powerpoint or even PDF files. Simple to use and efficient.

Easy to use and affordable for my public library work, where I have to cut down the size of items like scanned yearbooks for our digital repository without losing quality. Completely awesome, as was my customer experience with Emma-- very prompt, responsive, nice. Unusual in the industry--and refreshing, right? Even though offshore for the USA, they found a way to accommodate my library's purchase process. If there were more than five stars, I'd bump it up more.

You can count on one hand (probably a couple fingers) the product reviews I've written over twenty years (I almost always avoid them), but I am compelled to strongly recommend Neuxpower and their NXPowerLite software. First, the program itself is excellent: does a tremendous job at a negligible price. But second, even more impressive is the Neuxpower team: prompt, personal and professional.

I even had occasion to contact Neuxpower's founder and CEO, Mr. Mike Power, who (as he promised when I initially bought the software) responded to my issue expeditiously and effectively. If you're looking for a compression application, NXPowerLite is definitely the way to go. I have been a satisfied customer for two years now, and just yesterday purchased the most updated version. You won't regret doing business with Neuxpower.

NXPowerLite is an elegant, user-friendly product that works like magic. The company is very responsive with superlative customer support and refreshingly unobtrusive marketing. Five stars and first class all the way.

It's a great product. Once installed, it automatically reduces the file size of photos, pdf docs etc to a more suitable size to email, when you press the Outlook " Send" button. You still have the option to send files in their original size. When my laptop was damaged beyond repair and I'd lost the original activation key, their "Help" responded really quickly with a new activation key and a link to download the product. I had it up and running in no time. Can thoroughly recommend the product and the after sales service.

I am currently using NX Power Lite Desktop 6 - an older version of this product offering. This has proved to be a superb tool for my uses as a Consultant and Trainer. It condenses large, if photos are present, huge files to manageable sizes that can be forwarded via email in most instances obviating the need for web-based solutions. It is really excellent value for money.

I have had one hassle which was identified as not being related to NX Power Lite. This was speedily attended to (within the business day) by an NX team member. Excellent product; competitive price; excellent back-up.

I have used NX power light for several years very successfully. During a computer revamp, I lost the integration of an XP with my emails. I wrote for support, was offered a shared screen session. This was exceptionally good, though took a long time to identify the problem. Meticulous and detailed work with me on line by the support technician finally identified a small but carefully hidden problem, and solved it. This level of service was absolutely outstanding for me, and I would unhesitatingly recommend both the programme and their service.

NXPowerLite is an excellent product which I have used for a very long time. Recently the application stopped working on my computer. I submitted an email to Neuxpower stating the issue, and in less than 24 hours received a link to a patch that resolved the issue. Excellent product, excellent support. All you could ask for!
