I went to moda pele the sale lady(black lady) who works there was so full of energy that made my day she was so sweet and happy I am gutted I didn't look at her name tag. (Thursday morning shift). I wish all sale people were like this. Happy to shop there and spend money

Very old store visited the restaurant for a short break and a coffee. Done out to a high standard. Tables cleared quickly by helpful staff. Will go back.

Such a friendly and welcoming place it's worth the Waite to get a perfect drink the service is spot onyou can't fault it all the staff work as a team and that's what makes it work so well my father and I are made very welcomed my all the staff I've tried other places but it wasn't the sane I still prefer where I go I may not live near by but it's worth the travelling when the drinksare excellent youcantfault them customer services by all staff Isa ten out if ten from me would def recom to others my brother even remarked to me it's such a well I Organized place with plenty if variety

We went to the skylight restaurant on this visit. Croissant and hot chocolate, the Croissant was a bit dry but the hot chocolate was very nice. Nice children play area which was clean. Staff were polite and well presented

Bustling department store with friendly and courteous staff, for some reason the atmosphere in the store was very welcoming, maybe because the prices are a bit higher than other stores, but you go in there and you want to shop, regardless. So it was busy for a Saturday, but you didn't have to wait to get staff attention as they popped up before you decide to get one, which was great. The lady at the perfume counter was very helpful and understanding and their friendliness made customers friendly to other customers, which was a nice experience in Enfield.

Had lunch in the cafe with friends. Very nice staff lovely. A menu would have been better for us as we had to go to get our food separately to keep our table and also look after our bags! But other than that was very good.

It's a nice Department store with a great array of home goods, clothing, stationery, jewellery and more. Not cheaper than its online rivals but service is good. Lost a star because too few open checkouts when the store is busy

Store is cool, nothing special but find myself mostly on the first floor with the homeware stuff, pretty nice selection. Cutlery, plates, bowls and lots of presentation\ serving kitchenware. Food, cafe is pretty much standard, meats are not halal so jacket potato or tuna panini is the go to, lol. Decent, again nothing special.
