I have worked with Glow for ten years now (wow that makes me feel old ) and I would recommend them to anyone who was looking for a creative agency in the area. I moved roles to a new company and took them through a full tender and I was delighted when Glow came out on top! The team have a great ability to take my (often wishy washy) briefs and turn them into fabulous marketing content that allows me to market the company to our audience perfectly.
They astound me every time I work with them with their creative ideas and concepts and I have always been pleased with the results. The team are approachable and great fun to work with which makes things fun and exciting when working with them. I would always put good relationships first when looking for an agency to work with and with Glow, you get that as well as their expertise and skills which are all excellent. Here is to the next ten years - and where is my anniversary present !

As a company Waterco Europe have been working with Glow Studio for a number of years and have always found their level of customer service and quality of work to be excellent and of the highest standard at all times. Glow by name Glow by nature. Lisa and the team are wonderful to work with. Creative, it goes without saying, but also efficient and professional. They meet our tight deadlines, tolerate our many ammends and changes of mind and work with us to create lovely menus, brochures and more. We would not hestiate to recommend Glow!

I took my daughter and her friend here for a special treat on 4th Nov 2012. They thoroughly enjoyed the shoot and all the staff we encountered were lovely, the girls' hair and make-up stunning and the hard sale at the end wasn't as bad as I at all expected. We chose our 4 "free' prints and I decided to order a canvas of my daughter for my Dad, who has cancer and not long to live, as a Christmas gift.
I also ordered a disc which was burnt off there and then. THe whole amount came to 202 which I paid for on the day and was assured the canvas would arrive in time for Christmas along with the 4 prints and 2 make-up kits. The images and canvas did indeed NOT arrive by Christmas and had not arrived by mid-January. I contacted the "booking-line' and left messages and also left emails on the info email.
Eventually I was contacted by someone from Glow Studios and they informed me that the disc my image was on had crashed and could I email the images I wanted to them as luckily I had purchased a disc with all the images on. The girl who was dealing with my complaint was helpful and suggested she would open the studio on her day off to print off my images as they now had a printer in the studio.
She then contacted me to explain that the emailed images were not clear enough and could I possibly bring the disc into the studio so she could print the images off. She offered us 4 extra images as compensation. It as difficult for me to travel into the studio as there was heavy snow one suggested day and another day I had a child off sick from school, however I did eventually get the disc in and the images were printed off there and then.
The quality of the images wasn't brilliant but did the job. I was assured my canvas would arrive by the Tuesday, along with the 2 make-up kits. However by the Wednesday the canvas had not arrived I was beginning to become extremely angry and suspicious of this company, especially after reading previous reviews on this site. I decided that if I did not receive my canvas by the end of the week I would demand a refund or I would commence legal action against Glow Studios.
I contacted the booking line on 2 occasions and relayed my intentions to them and asked them to pass on this message to whoever was in charge. I then received an a very unapologetic email accusing me of harrassing the booking line and asking me not to contact Glow Studios again but that I would receive my canvas by the end of the week. This morning I am so glad to say that I have received the canvas and I have to say it is absolutley stunning and I am so very pleased my Dad will receive in time.
All in all the shoot experience and the produced images are fantastic so I really don't understand the complete lack of customer care, lack of communication and still am very puzzled at how on earth my ordered images had not indeed, in reality, been ordered at all despite the company taking the money from our card? And no-one had noticed?

Oh it seems that I am not the only one having this refundable deposit problem! They are a bunch of lying toe rags and do not return your calls or emails, if they do reply it is to tell you the refund has been given Errrrrr hello? I can actually read my bank statements! Do not give them a deposit as it will cost you more in time and phone calls to get anywhere with them.
The photographer was nice and took some great pics, but as for the rest of it, a total rip off and once they have your money that's it. If you do go demand your refund on the day and do not leave without it!

We received our images from our day at Glow Studios last week and they are absolutely amazing. Having had a bad experience at another studio in Birmingham we were sceptical about going for another photoshoot but as it was a gift we went. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and we wanted to say thanks to everyone. We tried to leave a testimonial on your website but there isn't a facility to do so. Thank you soooo much Glow Studios Jordan & Abi x

Me and my sister went to glow for a birthday treat earlier this year and loved every minute of it! I was really nervous about having a photoshoot done, but when I got there everyone was so lovely and I felt so special the whole day. The best bit was looking at the pics after :) Every single one was amazing and me and my sister went away with tons of gorgeous pics. Would recommend everyone did it at least once! Amazing day!, would definitely do it again, and plan too :)!
