This company mailed me a travel refund. However, they can not tell me what company initiated the transaction. I talked to two people who claimed they did not have that information and could not provide it. Very strange.

After navigating their phone menu for 3 minutes, I finally got to the right place only to hear for the safety of our employees.blah.blah. COVID is Killing us all.we are closed. Way to go Fauxci, our businesses don't work anymore because of you and your handlers.

I have spent 5 plus hours trying to book chase sapphire reserve flight. Never was able to book the flites, no call back, no email. Only apology that entire system of rewards booking is down. Two successive evenings of repeat input of data to 5 different people and 3 supervisor levels were identified. Outrageous.

I booked a rental car reservation through my banks rewards travel program, managed by CL Travel (aka Connexions Loyalty Inc. ). When I arrived to rent the car, I was told that I was ineligible for the rental due to some odd requirments of that particular rental car company. I had rented a car the previous week through another rental company with no problem, so I knew I would be able to rent a car through a different rental company.

I immediately called into their call center to try to switch my reservation to another rental company, and was told that there was nothing they could do for me. I asked to receive a full refund, and I was told that a manager would call me back the following day to help resolve the issue, and refund the points and charges. As a result of the odd policy of that particular rental car company, and the unwillingness of the person at Connexions Loyalty who answered my call to help, I was left stranded in the parking lot of the car rental companies at the airport in the middle of the night!

I walked from one car rental lot to another in the rain, dragging my suitcases behind me, until a found a rental car company who wasn't sold-out. I finally rented a car rom another company. Due to my lack of advanced booking, I had to pay 5 times the price for the car rental. After two month, I have still not received a phone call back, and have not received a refund of the points or fees, for a rental car that I wasn't allowed to use!
